Travel
After the ceremony please feel free to head to your hotel to freshen up and drop your vehicle. There will be shuttles leaving from the hotel at 4:15pm to arrive at Bavaria Downs at 4:30pm for social hour.
Shuttles will be available to bring guests back to the hotel from the reception starting at 8pm and leaving every half hour.
If you decide to park your vehicle at Bavaria Downs, complimentary door-to-door valet service will be offered upon your arrival. Valet service will continue until 12:30am. If you choose to leave your car at Bavaria Downs overnight, please obtain your keys from valet before departing in your alternative mode of transportation.
