To ensure everyone arrives at the venue safely and on time, we've arranged for complimentary shuttle bus services provided by Easy Riders Bus Company. Taking the shuttle is optional, as there will also be parking at the venue. We have reserved a room block at this hotel with rooms available Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday evening for reservation at a discounted rate. Friday and Saturday rates: 179.00/night. Sunday rate: 99.00/night. Any rooms not reserved in block 45 days prior to check-in date will be released back to the hotel, so please make your reservations early.
