Are Kids Welcome?

Kid's are indeed welcome but please understand that we need to keep an eye on numbers. Let us know the age of any children you will be bringing along so we can plan accordingly.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is parking at Cowbell Creek if you wish to drive yourself. Cars will be safe there overnight but need to be collected early the following morning. Cab and uber pick-up from the venue is not easy and probably best avoided. We suggest leaving your car in Burleigh and jumping on the bus.

What should I wear?

It's a party. Be comfortable in a smart casual kinda way.

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

Answer

Ladies - shoes suited for walking on grass are best. No-one likes a sinking stiletto.

Is the wedding wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes. The lower (service) car park avoids the stairs

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Once the formal bit is over - no problem. Until then - no way. Please keep your phone in your pocket for the ceremony.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

No problem. We, of all people, are understanding of dietary requirements. So please just let us know.

What time should I arrive?

Be there for the bus pick-up at 1pm and check-in with Tash. If you are driving yourself please be at Cowbell Creek by 2pm at the latest.
