Our Love Story, as told by Greta.

Once there was a girl called Kas. She was sick of stinky gross boys. So she decided to move to the middle of nowhere to get away from them all, to beautiful downtown Macksville. Wow she thought, what a great place! There are no stinky gross boys here. I love it! Hmm, but I need somewhere to live she thought. Enter the lovely nurse Loretta, who said, come and live with me! We will have the best time! Oh and my son Jake lives here too, but whatever, COME AND LIVE WITH US YAY! So Kas did. To her surprise, Kas found that maybe she didn’t totally dislike Jake. Even though he was a stinky gross boy. So they went to the gym together. And they went some more. And after all that time at the gym making googly eyes at each other, doing their mega backward burpee lunges, Kas thought, well this boy is not so stinky and gross after all. So their happy home became the Macksville Love Shack (sorry Loretta!) But then Jakie needed to go and see the world. So he said, but Kas I will MISS YOU! And she said, I will MISS YOU TOO but you must go exploring! And so he went and taught the grotty school kids in London. Jake thought London was great and all, but he missed having someone to spot him at the gym on leg day… So Jake came home. And the rest is history! They have climbed snow covered mountains, biked along muddy trails (resulting in HELL chafe – I can confirm this first hand), hiked, run, and frolicked non-stop since. Often whilst wearing nothing but budgie smugglers and string bikinis. One day on a mountain top Jake got on one knee and said “oh darling, love of my life, marry me”. To which Kassie replied by crying, yelling at him that she was too old and calling him an idiot. A brief negotiation ensued, where Kas agreed that perhaps she was not quite ready for the nursing home. She realized that actually, yes, she would love to marry him. And we all vomited in our mouth a little at how cute the whole thing was. Bless their cotton socks. So let the celebrations begin!
