Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP online (on this site) by Friday, September 20. This allows us sufficient time to confirm your attendance and meal preference with our venue hosts.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:00 PM. Please allow yourself time to park and walk down to the ceremony site, which sits on the opposite side of the clubhouse from the parking lot. Immediately following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail reception, dinner and dancing.

What are the attire details?

Answer

We ask guests to kindly wear cocktail formal attire. The wedding and reception are outdoors. Southern California is warm during the day with cool evenings in October. We suggest you bring a jacket or wrap for the evening. The ground is appropriate for high heel shoes.

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

The Coyote Hills Golf Course offers complimentary parking at the facility. The ceremony and reception site is located on the opposite side of the clubhouse from the parking lot. There is no need to move your vehicle between ceremony and reception.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence is present enough. Should you wish to purchase a gift for the bride and groom, please see the Registry page on this site. You can contribute what you wish to some post-nuptial experiences for the couple to enjoy. Likewise, if you'd like to surprise us with a wedding gift, there will be a gift table for your convenience. We already have a fully-furnished home so we did not set up a traditional registry.

What food and drink will be served during reception?

Answer

The cocktail hour will provide a selection of hors d'oeuvres, artisanal cheese, and charcuterie. All dinner entrees will be served with salad, side, seasonal vegetables, and warm rolls & butter. Complimentary beer, wine, and soft beverages will be available throughout the receptions.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes - please note any allergies or dietary restrictions for your party when completing the online RSVP form.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are plenty of accommodation options in the North Orange County area. See the Travel page on this site for some local nearby hotels that Coyote Hills has recommended.
