Shall I RSVP?

Yes, please. We are happy for any type of RSVP. You can email or text us, or just simply call us.

Your presence is present enough; don’t worry about what to buy as we have plenty of stuff! However if you are thinking of a gift to help us on our way, a gift of money towards our honeymoon would really make our day.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

We kindly ask our guests to dress smart and elegant.

What time shall I arrive?

We recommend that you arrive before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled.

Is there parking available near the venue?

There is free parking available at the venue.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Yes, yes and again yes. For most of the wedding day there will be children animation so that your little ones can have a break from you! :D If you would like to have a child care for the after party, please let us know and we will see what services are possible.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and most of the reception will be outdoor. Part of the reception will be indoor with A/C. After party will be outdoor.

Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options? Allergy requirements?

Answer

Yes, we will have vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options. We kindly ask everyone to let us know before the wedding about any allergies or diet requirement that we can put necessary arrangements in place.

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

We encourage our guests to take as many pictures as they want. However we would prefer that pictures of us are not shared on social media until we post our first pictures.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

We will try our best to help and make it easy for everyone. Please talk to us about your individual situation and we will see what can be arranged.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the newly-wedded will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour with the wedding guest. Guests can head straight to an amazing food buffet, with drinks and some dance.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend to stay?

Answer

Please check travel section for some more information. Our wedding venue is also a 4* hotel, there is a discount of 15% as guests of our wedding if you call directly the hotel and mention you are guests of our wedding. It is also possible to book your rooms at Esplanade Hotel, adjacent to our wedding venue, having the same discount of 15%. Be aware that it is end of high season and it is recommended to book your accommodation as soon as possible. From the hotel, there is a free shuttle to Beach Club 93 (just 2 minutes away), with a private beach area, swimming pool, restaurant, and bar and it's free for the guests of Savoy Beach Hotel and Esplanade Hotel.
