What should we expect after the ceremony?

Answer

Right after the Mass, our immediate family will be taking photos. Guests are invited to head to the reception venue, which is approximately 20 minutes away from the church. A cocktail hour with drinks and appetizers will begin at 5:00 PM — we kindly ask guests to arrive no earlier than that time. Following the cocktail hour, we’ll enjoy dinner and dancing to celebrate the night together!

Is there a dress code?

Yes! Formal Attire | Black-Tie Optional Join us for a formal evening of celebration. Suits and floor-length gowns suggested. To honor tradition, kindly note that white, ivory, champagne, and related tones are reserved for the bride.

This is a 21+ event only. While we love the little ones, we hope you’ll enjoy a well-deserved night out celebrating with us!

Is the wedding indoor or outdoors ?

Answer

The Mass will be inside the church. The reception will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, taking place in a beautiful restaurant with a rooftop patio.

Are there any significant events I should know about on the weekend of the wedding?

Answer

The U.S. will be hosting the FIFA World Cup semi-finals (July 14–15) and final (July 19). While the matches won’t be held in San Diego, it’s something to keep in mind when making your travel plans.
