The dress code is formal, with jewel-tones preferred! This means nothing above the knee in an appropriate color (floor-length dress, appropriate jumpsuit, etc.) for the women and nice suits (jacket, dress pants, dress shirt, and tie or bowtie) of a respectable color for the men. Ladies, please avoid white (for obvious reasons). Suggestions/examples are available upon request!
All guests must be in their seats 20 minutes before the ceremony starts, no one will be allowed in after it begins. Please arrive between 45-60 minutes before the ceremony in order to find a seat!
Unfortunately, per the request of the venue owner, this event will have to be child-free, with the exception of children in the wedding party. Due to the nature and location of the venue, small children are at risk of wandering into the woods, fields, pond, etc. and getting lost or injured. We want all parents to be able to relax and have a good time without worrying about where their children are.
Due to the size constraints of the venue, guests are limited to those specifically named on the guest list and invitations. Invitations must be presented in order to be. Unless specifically named on the invitation, please refrain from bringing additional guests.
No phones will be present during the ceremony, but phones are perfectly fine during the reception! There will be a photographer present for the whole event, so don't worry about taking photos.
No, this will be a dry wedding. Bringing your own is NOT allowed due to the fact the bride and groom will be heavily fined if alcohol is served without a bartender. We ask that all guests please respect this guideline, any that do not will be asked to either put it away or call it a night.
Yes, smoking/vaping is allowed as long as it is outside the venue building and not during the ceremony itself. The reception hall has a patio to accommodate smoking, as well as a firepit.
