“But what would I wear?!”
Answer
The attire will be summer cocktail attire. We encourage bright summer colors, suits, collared shirts, ties, maxi dresses, mid length dresses and jumpsuits. Non-stiletto heels because of grass. no white dresses please :) No denim or casual clothing.
Question
Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
There will be an informal no host welcome party Friday night, at the Ruby River Hotel in Spokane. All are welcome to attend the night before the wedding and get to know all of the guests before our special day. Additionally there will be an informal Wedding “after party” at Northern Quest (following the reception which ends at 10 pm).

Do I get a plus one?
Answer
While we want everyone we love to be included and everyone to have the best time at our wedding, we are only allowing specific “plus ones.” We want our wedding to be as intimate and special as possible. Your invitation should indicate the name of your guest or it should indicate a plus one when you RSVP.

Can I bring my kiddos?
Answer
Only a handful of kiddos will be at the wedding (family), and their names will be included with their parent’s invites. We love everyone’s kiddos, but we hope our guests can take this as an opportunity for a date night and have a blast with us on the dance floor.

Should I drive to the venue?
Answer
There is plenty of parking at the venue. The venue is about a 15 minute drive from downtown and is definitely uber/lyft friendly. We encourage ride shares and carpooling. Our venue does permit over night parking, so long as the vehicles are picked up early the next day before 10 am.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We encourage guests to RVSP as soon as they can, but we understand things come up. We would request RSVPs be in at the latest by June 1. Do to our venue requirements, if we do not receive an RSVP we will assume you aren’t attending. We cannot accommodate last minute attendees. We can’t wait to party with you all!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We will be providing information on room blocks for the Northern Quest Casino & Resort, where our after party will be located. Other recommendations will be posted on the “travel” page.
Question
I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please let us know of specific food allergies when you RSVP and we will provide that information to our caterer. Fortunately most things are gluten free for those with that allergy.

Can I take photos?
Answer
At the ceremony we are requesting this be a phone free zone. Please keep phones tucked away in your pocket or purse. Our photographers are amazing and they will definitely capture the ceremony beautifully. For the reception and dancing we encourage photos or videos if you’d like (within reason) and will have a way to share the photos with everyone.
