You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. As long as it is done before November 24th 2025! We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!
Please kindly RSVP by November 24th 2025! If we have not received your RSVP by November 24th you will be marked as not attending. We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you)
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find you can't make it, Please notify Karley as soon as you are aware. Thank You!
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guest not explicitly stated on the invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you !
As much as we love your little ones, with the exception of our Flower Girl, our ceremony and reception will be an Adults-Only Event. Enjoy the night off and use it as a date night!
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm so we request guests plan to arrive no earlier than 2:15pm, but no later than 2:45pm. Please keep in mind that our wedding is in January so depending on weather you may need to plan to leave your house earlier to make sure you arrive safely and before/at 2:45 pm. Arriving early will make sure you have time to park, participate in our Guest Book, and find your seat. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the conclusion of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring David and I have our special moment, uninterrupted.
As much as I (Karley) would love to have an outdoor winter wedding in the snow both the ceremony and reception will be indoors for the comfort of our guest!
We encourage everyone to dress their best! Think elevated western vibes-leave the t-shirts at home, but jeans are welcome (we're all a little yee-haw at this event) For reference, our bridesmaid will be in velvet floor-length emerald green dresses, and our groomsmen will be wearing black tux tops with jeans and cowboy boots. Dress up, but make it country!
We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Delta Hotels Huntington Downtown for our wedding weekend. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the venue and there will also be one shuttle that can take you to the venue and then one back that will take you to the hotel after the reception. For more information please visit our “Hotel” tab.
Our ceremony will be unplugged (no cameras or phones) to ensure our photographers are able to do their best work in capturing our big day. We kindly ask you to respect our wishes and keep personal cameras and cell phones tucked away until cocktail hour. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like. We promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them!
We kindly ask that you do not share any photos on social media of the wedding until either David or Karley has had the chance to do so first!
During cocktail hour, we’ll have soft pretzels with cheese and honey mustard. Dinner will be buffet-style and includes: • Pork Loin Au Poivre • Italian-style chicken • Green beans • Mashed potatoes and gravy • Mac & cheese • Dinner rolls
Sip, Sip, Hooray! We’ll have an open bar with some of our favorite signature drinks. While drinks are on us, tipping our bartender is encouraged and greatly appreciated! — don’t forget to bring cash! 🍾
Your seat has been specially saved for you! A seating chart will be posted at the venue when you arrive!
The reception will end roughly around 8pm!
Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for! While gifts are not expected, they are appreciated. For those who wish to give, we kindly ask that you consider purchasing from our online registry, which can be found on our wedding website. To help us avoid traveling with large items, please have gifts shipped directly to our home in Florida, and include your name in a note so we can properly thank you. Alternatively, if you'd prefer, we also have a honeymoon fund available on our site. We're currently saving for a dream trip to Africa and would be so grateful for any contributions toward that experience!
