How did you know we were dreaming of those crystal champagne flutes?! They’re by far the most beautiful glasses in our home and we’ve never felt fancier. You’ll have to come over soon so we can toast to you! So excited to see you in June.

IT WAS LOVE AT ....FIRST SWIPE???

Yes...Diego and Karla met on a dating app on October 2018 right before they took off during the pandemic. 

Diego likes to say his first date was a great first interview after Karla came in with a list of questions during what was only a 90 minute date. That didn't scare him away because he decided to still ask her on a second date the following day. That became the longest all day date where they quickly bonded over their love of the city, food, exploring and of course BASEBALL it was post season after all (GO DODGERS!). 

Their mutual interest and similar/not so similar backgrounds was the perfect recipe for a love that quickly blossomed. Together they have already overcome a pandemic, graduate school, multiple moves, career and life changes. 

If you ask both of them they will agree the road has not always been easy but throughout it all it has always been worth it because they get to do life; the good, the bad and ugly with their 
best friend. <3
