There is an assortment of room styles blocked for our weekend, however, all room options are available to guests with the same applicable discount. You can book the wedding rate by calling 1-800-876-3399 and asking for the Hiscocks & Willms Wedding or by going online and using Group code 153234. To book online you are not able to change room styles if it is not “blocked”, so it can be a touch more restrictive. You may need to select “change request” to enter this group code. If anyone has an issue with online, please call. The room styles currently blocked are: Woodland Rooms ($305 per night), One Bedroom Woodland Suites ($340 per night), One Bedroom Woodland Deluxe ($365 per night), Two Bedroom Woodland Suites ($415 per night), and Three Bedroom Woodland Suites ($680 per night). You can look at the website for virtual tours of all rooms. There is a 2 night minimum for our wedding weekend. Rooms will be held until June 6, 2025 however, please book ASAP as this weekend will likely sell out and we want to ensure they add additional rooms to our block if necessary. Check-in is at 4pm and they will likely not be able to accommodate an early check-in so please plan accordingly. Our recommendation is to stay Friday and Saturday night. The resort requires a 1 night plus tax deposit upon making any reservations to guarantee the room. Cancelling at any time is a $50.00 fee and cancelling within 1 week of the arrival date is a forfeiture of the deposit; however, you can change dates and room styles at any time without penalty.
