3:45pm - arrive at ceremony
4:00pm - ceremony begins
4:20pm to 5:30pm - cocktail hour
5:30pm - ballroom doors open, find your seat
5:45pm - grand march
5:50pm - cake cutting
6:00pm - dinner is served
Following dinner - dance the rest of the night away!
End time: midnight
