Hotel
This is where we are staying after the wedding. It is not far from the venue at all. Unfortunately, we could not do hotel blocks as they require us to put our card down and pay if all the rooms in the block are not booked. As a result, we would rather you guys have the option of where to stay and what is best for you. However, we do see great reviews from this hotel. Can't wait to celebrate with you all!

The DMV area has a few airports but the closest one to the venue and Washington DC is DCA. It is 22 miles away and around a 25 min drive without traffic. Fun fact: The airport opened in 1941 and was originally named Washington National Airport. Part of the original terminal is still in use as Terminal 1. The much larger Terminal 2 opened in 1997. In 1998, Congress passed and President Bill Clinton signed a bill renaming the airport in honor of the 40th president of the United States, Ronald Reagan, who was in office from 1981 to 1989. The second closest airport to the venue in northern Virginia is Dulles. It is 36 miles away and around a 40 min drive without traffic. Fun Fact: Opened in 1962, the airport is named after John Foster Dulles, an influential secretary of state during the Cold War who briefly represented New York in the United States Senate. The third airport in the area is the furthest from the venue, as its in Baltimore, but probably the cheapest. It is 54 miles away and around an hour drive without traffic. Fun Fact: Planning for a new airport to serve the Baltimore–Washington metropolitan area began in 1944, just prior to the end of World War II, when the Baltimore Aviation Commission announced its decision that the best location to build a new airport would be on a 2,100-acre tract of land near Linthicum Heights, Maryland. In 2005, the airport was named in honor of Thurgood Marshall, a Baltimore native and the first African American to serve as a U.S. Supreme Court justice. (Wikipedia)
Train
You can take the Amtrak to the area if it is a possibility from your city. There is an Amtrak station in Woodbridge that is just 5 mins away from the venue. Fun fact: Amtrak is the national passenger railroad company of the United States. It operates intercity rail service in 46 of the 48 contiguous U.S. states and three Canadian provinces. Amtrak is a portmanteau of the words America and track. Founded in 1971 as a quasi-public corporation to operate many U.S. passenger rail routes, Amtrak receives a combination of state and federal subsidies but is managed as a for-profit organization.
