This hotel is the closest accommodation to our venue at 12kms away. We have blocked off rooms for our wedding guests, however, these rooms are only held for a period of time to be guaranteed the rate of $139.99 per night. These rooms will go fast as the Abbotsford Agrifair is also held this weekend and will likely book well in advance. Be sure to book sooner rather than later as they will be available again to the public and not held for our wedding after July 1st, 2020. To book, be sure to mention you are with the "Murray Robson Wedding". Guest rooms are standard and based on double occupancy. Additional adults up to a maximum of 4 are $10 per person per night. Upgraded room categories are available for additional cost. Continental Breakfast is not included. Hotel guests are offered a 25% discount off of breakfast food items between 6:30am and 9:30am.

Shuttle Service

We have a complimentary shuttle service that will be bringing guests to the venue and returning guests safely back to the hotel (Quality Hotels & Conference Center) for those that need a safe ride back to their rooms. Pick up from Hotel to Venue: 3:00PM Pick up from Venue to Hotel: 12:15AM The Check in for the Hotel is 3:00PM, the hotel cannot guarantee early check-in but will try their best. If you are unable to check in before 3:00PM but still need to catch the shuttle. You can either leave your belongings with the front desk or you can leave them in your vehicle and check-in upon arrival after the wedding. *Please note that this shuttle bus holds a total of 24 people.
