Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking for the event must happen on the appropriate parking lots. Parking on the road is prohibited. Security will be on site throughout the event and will lock gates promptly, one half hour after the events closing time. Guests may leave vehicles in the parking lot over night if they are picked up before 11am the next morning.

Bar Questions?

Answer

As this is a winery and distillery, there will be a full service bar with Wine, Beer, Spirits and Mixes. Please note that each drink will cost a total of $5.00, the bar takes cash, debit and credit. Outside Alcohol - There is absolutely no outside alcohol allowed on the premise and this includes the parking lot. If the liquor inspector drops by and see guests drinking in the parking lot, not only will the venue lose their liquor license but the event will be shut down immediately.

Wine & Spirit Tastings and Ice Cream Parlor?

Yes, you read that correctly. There is Wine and Spirit Tasting from the Winery and Distillery is open till 5pm (no charge). In addition, there is an Ice Cream Parlor that is also open till 5pm. You are welcome to make use of this (serving Organic homegrown Blueberry Ice Cream)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids - we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Please make alternative arrangements for your children.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest." then yes, if not, we only have a select amount of seats and hope you understand.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please dress semi-formal. You can dress in cocktail dress, suits, dress pants with a nice shirt. Please note that there is a Geo Grid on the grass for the ceremony, your heels will be just fine! But we want you to be comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or the top button is too tight, let loose!

Can I smoke at the venue?

Secret Garden is a non-smoking premise. There will be designated smoking areas made available outside.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony. We ask that you please turn off your cell phones and cameras. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture these moments for us and we will be more than happy to share them with you. Though our "I Do's" are unplugged our reception is not. Please feel free to take as many photos as you so wish. If you share them on social media please tag #becomingtherobsons so we can see!

What happens if the weather changes?

Answer

Our plan is to have our ceremony wedding outdoors however, should the weather not cooperate;, there is an inside ceremony area to accommodate an inside wedding. The reception will be in-doors but there is an outdoor fireplace area for outdoor gatherings as well.
