No, the wedding will be in English.
If Craig can survive, so can you.
The Wedding will be held in Amalfi itself. We recommend staying in Amalfi or Atrani, anything further can be a nightmare with traffic.
Yes, all events on the day of the wedding will be hosted at Hotel Marina Riviera.
We love all of your children however they are only invited to the welcome dinner and farewell lunch. We ask that if you are travelling with your children to consider a childcare option for the actual wedding. If you need any assistance we are more than happy to help coordinate.
Smoke can be distracting in photos and is difficult for our photographer and videographer to edit out. If you do wish to smoke or vape, we kindly ask that you head down to the street outside the venue. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep the day clear and smoke-free!
We are limited by the venue capacity and ask that if you are unsure, please speak to us directly prior to RSVP'ing.
It depends! If you’re planning to stay in Amalfi or Atrani for your entire trip, then you won’t need a car. These towns are very walkable, and the narrow, winding streets can be tough to navigate. Parking is also limited and expensive. However, if you’re planning to visit multiple towns or continue your trip elsewhere in Italy afterward - whether that’s Naples, Rome, or another region, then renting a car might make more sense. Just keep in mind you’ll likely have to pay for parking, and driving along the coast can be challenging, especially during the busy month of May.
The Amalfi Coast in late May usually brings warm, sunny days with daytime temperatures around 20°C to 26°C. It’s a wonderful time to visit - warm enough for beach days and boat rides. That said, the weather can still be a bit unpredictable, so it’s best to check the forecast before you pack.
No, we recommend comfortable cocktail attire in white or light coloured. No jackets necessary, plan for warm weather. We won't stop you if you feel like dressing up (or down)!
We recommend using booking.com or Airbnb to find a place to stay that is within your budget.
Coastal Cocktail Attire – Amalfi Style: Light and effortlessly refined. Think flowy dresses, linen suits. Chic, comfortable, and made for sunset views by the sea.
If you're staying around the Amalfi Coast: Positano, Ravello, maybe even boat trip to Capri. Of course there is more to Italy than just the Amalfi Coast, no matter where you go it's beautiful!
Our wedding venue does not have parking. If you are driving, please park at a nearby garage.
No, it’s not considered rude if you don’t tip in Italy, as tipping is not as deeply ingrained in the culture as it is in some other countries. Service charges are often included in restaurant bills, and many Italians don’t tip regularly. However, leaving a small tip for good service is always appreciated, especially in restaurants, cafes, or for hotel staff. It’s more about showing appreciation for exceptional service rather than an obligation.
We are thrilled that you are able to make it to the wedding. Due to limitations, we are unable to allow plus-ones, we hope you understand.
