Wedding Welcome Party

8:00 pm - 10:30 pm

For anyone arriving Friday night - out of towners and local guests are welcome to come mingle and celebrate with us! There will be light bites and cold beverages. This will be open house style, stay for as long as you would like! There will be parking available next to the Gray Barn and spots across the way in the grassy area.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Following the ceremony, please join us for a reception on the same property. There is plenty of parking at the venue. We also plan to have a shuttle to/from the hotel with a room block. Please drink responsibly and do not drink and drive! The shuttle will depart the hotel at 4:05pm, 4:25pm & 4:45pm. There is enough room for everyone, but we recommend taking the first bus to ensure you arrive on time! The shuttle will return to the hotel at 9:30pm, 10:30pm, & 11:10pm.
