FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive ?

Answer

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that all guests arrive 15-25 minutes before the ceremony, which will start promptly at 4 PM. This will give you plenty of time to settle in and ensure we start on time.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone dressed up! The dress code is semi-formal—suits for gentlemen and formal cocktail dresses for women. Since much of the reception will be on grass, we recommend comfortable footwear like block heels, flats, or platforms. For colors, we love neutral, earthy tones like black, sage, deep mocha, and light taupe. No strict rules, just a little inspiration! We kindly ask guests to avoid white or red.

Question

Can I take photos during the religious ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phone away and on silent for our unplugged ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer and will absolutely share all the photos with you but we want to ensure you can all enjoy the moment and be present with us.

Question

Can I bring kids?

Answer

Unless specified in your invitation, we’re unable to accommodate additional children due to capacity restrictions. We’d love to celebrate with everyone, and we truly appreciate your understanding!

Question

Are there any transportation options?

Answer

Yes! We’ve arranged a bus to take guests from the ceremony to the reception, and we’d love for you to join us! At the end of the night, we've partnered with a secure taxi service that guests can book in advance. The details—including their contact number, prices, and hours—are available in the transportation section

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to have you join us! As we have limited space, we’re only able to invite those listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Where should I stay in Lima?

Answer

Lima offers a wide range of accommodations to suit different tastes and budgets. Popular neighborhoods like Miraflores , Barranco and San Isidro are safe and conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and attractions. Just to let you know, these places are approximately 1 hr away from the ceremony/reception.

Question

What if I can't attend your wedding?

Answer

We’ll certainly miss you, but we understand if you’re unable to attend. Please let us know as soon as possible in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. You’ll be in our thoughts, and we look forward to celebrating with you in spirit!

Question

What if the deadline passed to RSVP?

Answer

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to adjust the headcount after June 20th, as we need to finalize our plans. We’re truly sorry we won’t be able to have you with us on our special day, but we appreciate your understanding.
