We don't recommend driving as it will take a very long time!
-Flights are now available. We recommend booking a non stop flight to avoid rechecking your bags through customs during a layover.
-Once you arrive in Cancun airport, you will collect your bags and navigate through customs. Customs selects people at random for bag searches. If you are not selected, just keep walking. Continue until you arrive to the pickup drop off area located outside of the airport. DO NOT stop on the way. There are people trying to sell you things like time shares.
-Once outside, look for the Seasons transfer representative. The Seasons transfer is included with your stay as long as you booked your suite through the resort and are staying at least 3 nights. DO NOT go with anyone else as you will end up paying for that ride.
-You must email transfers@seasonstours.com and let them know your flight info for pick up between 1-4 weeks prior to your stay.
