Is the resort all inclusive?

Yes, all food and drink (including alcohol) is included with your stay!

When can we reserve a room?

Right away, you have until 06/01/2025 to reserve.

Why do I need to book ASAP?

Answer

Rooms have the potential to sell out very quickly and we don't want anyone to be put in a situation where rooms are no longer available. Remember! There is no up front cost to book your room and if your plans change you can always cancel up to 24hrs before.

What do I put for flight info when booking?

Answer

If you haven't booked a flight yet, all you need to do is make up a flight arrival time in order for the website to let you book your room.

What's the difference between Finest & Excellence rooms?

Answer

Children are NOT permitted in the Excellence rooms, or the adult areas surrounding them. There are no difference in the rooms except for their location and access for children.

How long do I need to stay?

Answer

A minimum of 3 nights is required by the resort to be part of the group. We recommend a day prior and a day after. You can stay as long as you like!

When do we pay?

Answer

All reservations will be charged in full, 30 days prior to your arrival to the credit card provided during your booking. There are no deposits required. The resort does not offer payment plans.

Which payment method should I use?

Answer

We recommend using a credit card. It will be charged on 07/01/2025. Please make sure your card does not expire prior to that date.

What if I need to cancel?

Answer

You have up to 24 hours before your stay to cancel, free of charge. Cancellation received within 24 hours or less will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Children are welcome, the resort is kid friendly. They even provide kids clubs and daycare services. Please plan accordingly for any dress requirements if taking children to restaurants.

Do I have to pay for my child?

Answer

Children 3 and under are free! Ages 4 to 12 are discounted rates, 13+ is considered an adult and subject to adult pricing.

Are kids allowed everywhere in the resort?

Answer

No! There are adult only sections that are only available to club level guests.

Are there child care services at the resort?

Answer

Yes! The resort has daycare and clubs for different age groups. The resort provides interactive activities for your kids under adult supervision so mom and dad can get some much needed relaxation time.

Do the restaurants have a dress code?

Answer

There are 12 all inclusive restaurants at the resort. Sleeveless shirts, tank tops, and beach sandals are not allowed at any restaurant. Some sit down restaurants do require a more formal attire. Please see the resort website for complete listing.

Does the resort have straws?

Answer

The resort is eco friendly and therefore does not supply any straws. Please keep in mind that you may want to bring your own collapsible or biodegradable straws.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, everyone traveling out of the country will require a passport.

What about if I already have a passport?

Answer

Make sure it is not going to expire 6 months after your travel date. If it does, you will need to renew your passport before the trip. Ex: You're traveling on 08/01/2025. Your passport expiration date must be later than 02/01/2026.

Will my cell phone work in Mexico?

In most cases, No! Most major carriers have add on plans to allow for cell phone service in Mexico. Please contact your provider prior to travel.

Yes! There is high speed internet throughout the resort.

Is the resort wheelchair accessible?

The resort has good accessibility all around including the rooms, which have been adapted for wheelchair users with wheel in shower, shower seat, and grab rails.
