Is there a dress code? / Cuál es el código de vestimenta?

Answer

Please wear formal attire. The venue will not have any areas that will require the guests to walk on sand. The reception is outside and it can be windy at times so we do suggest you take that into consideration. Favor de usar vestimenta formal. En el lugar del evento no habrá areas que requieran que los invitados caminen sobre arena. La recepción será afuera y en ocaciones puede haber viento. Les sugerimos que lo tomen en cuenta.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony and reception? / Hay transporte del hotel a la ceremony y a la recepción?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided from Iberostar hotel and downtown Playa del Carmen to the Ceremony then to the Wedding venue and return to the hotel. If you are staying elsewhere you can use a Taxi Service to get to Xcaret Park's at main entrance located on Chetumal - Puerto Juarez Federal Highway km 282. Se proporcionará transporte para nuestros invitados el hotel Iberostar y el Centro de Playa del Carmen al lugar donde será la ceremonia, la recepción y de regreso a dónde los recogieron. Si se hospedan en otro lugar, pueden tomar un taxi hacia el Parque Xcaret donde será la ceremonia.

Do you have any hotel recommendations? / Tienen recomendaciones de hospedaje?

Answer

Hotel recommendations are provided in the "Travel" tab on the top Menu. However, there are plenty more options in Playa del Carmen such as smaller hotels, resorts, Airbnb, etc. There is a lodging option for different needs and different price points. If you have questions, please contact the bride or groom for further assistance. Las recomendaciones de los hoteles están enlistadas en el Meneu bajo "Hospedaje". Sin embargo, hay muchas más opciones en Playa del Carmen tales como hoteles mas pequeños, resorts, Airbnb, etc. Existe hospedaje para todos los presupuestos. Si tienen mas dudas, favor de contactar a los novios.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception? / Hay estacionamiento en el lugar de la ceremonia y recepción?

Answer

Parking is available at the ceremony site, however, there is limited parking available at the reception venue. Hay estacionamiento disponible en donde será la ceremonia, sin embargo, hay estacionamiento limited disponible en la recepción.

What documents do I need to travel to Cancún, México? / Qué documentos necesito para viajar a Cancún México?

Answer

Only a valid passport is required to travel to Mexico, no visa is necessary. Si es un viaje internacional, se necesita un pasaporte vigente. Si el viaje es doméstico, solo se requiere una identificación.

How do I get from the airport to my hotel? / Cómo llego a mi hotel del aeropuerto?

Answer

Some hotels provide a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Please ask your hotel when making a reservation if they provide this option. If your hotel does not provide a shuttle, you can use the Taxi Service from the airport to your hotel. Algunos hoteles proveen transporte del aeropuerto al hotel. Favor de preguntar a tu hotel si tienen este servicio a la hora de hacer reservación. Si tu hotel no provee transporte, puedes tomar un taxi del aeropuerto.
