Comfort Inn and Suites

When you call the hotel, please be sure to notify them you are booking with the Kovac & Rothbauer Wedding. This will ensure that you are able to ride the shuttle to and from the venue. If you are wanting to stay near the venue the night prior, there is a room block for Thursday September 26th as well. Shuttle will be included if you book in our wedding block, otherwise it will be $20/ride to park at the hotel and use the shuttle service without a room booked in our block. Shuttles will leave the hotel at 3:15 PM & 3:30 PM to arrive at the venue BEFORE 4:00 PM Shuttles will leave Heritage Prairie Farm at 11:15 PM & 11:30 PM Complimentary breakfast will be available at the hotel

Travel Note

Venue Parking

There is parking available at Heritage Prairie Farm, however it is limited. If you plan to drive, think about carpooling with other guests so there is enough parking for everyone who plans to drive.
