We first were introduced in 2018. Then reintroduced in 2020 without realizing we’ve already met. In January of 2021, we went on a group trip to Colorado as acquaintances, not realizing that 8 months later, stars would align & we’d both go on our last first date. We took some time learning about one another & quickly realized that we had a lot in common. Our friendship blossomed into a more meaningful relationship & soon we were navigating life together, taking on life’s challenges, supporting one another, and celebrating all of the greatest moments together.

After almost 2 years together & 9 months in our beautiful first home together... & hundreds of projects later... We decided we should take on the biggest project of all... We took on the project of re-doing our front porch. Countless hours from sun up to sun down... After several weeks we finally finished & decided to take a day to go to Naperville for a picnic. Karigan thought a proposal was coming on the riverwalk, but that didn't happen. When we got home, there was a drone in the sky, champaign on the porch, and all of our loved ones who had "broken" into the house to set up an engagement party. Then at once, Brandon got down on one knee on our beautiful porch and asked Karigan to spend forever with him. Obviously the answer was YES since you're here inquiring about our WEDDING!!!
