Please follow the shuttle link on the "Resort/Rooms/Transportation" tab. Each shuttle can hold up to 8 people so to reduce costs, feel free to share with other guests arriving/departing at the same time.

Yes, food, drinks, shows/activities are included in your stay! There are 9 restaurants and 8 bars at the resort !

Faraz and Karen stayed at this resort in 2024. If you are looking for more of a more exclusive less-crowded vibe, we recommend staying in the Adults-only (Elegance) side. Staying on the adults-only side grants you access to additional exclusive bars, private pool/beach areas, 24-hour room service, butler-service, and other room amenities.

Semi-formal. What does this mean? Elegant resort attire that is formal, but not as formal as black tie. When choosing attire keep in mind that we will be oceanside, with a possible summer breeze around us. The average temperature in Costa Mujeres in July is around 85°F (29°C), so we want you to look your best while staying comfortable. Dress to feel great, stay cool, and enjoy the night away with us! Don't forget to pack beachwear for daytime activities, and evening attire for dinner and other night-time activities.

Book directly through our website. Also remember that rooms are intended to be double-occupancy, and rates will be higher if single occupant. Please feel free to share a room with other guests attending. Room price per night also varies by room type (swim-up etc).
