Ceremony will begin at 6PM exactly. Please arrive 30 minutes before. Reception will begin at 7PM.
The ceremony will take place outside and the reception will be inside. There will also be tables and chairs set up outside during reception for you to enjoy as well. In the case of bad or hot weather, the ceremony will be held indoors.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and silenced/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well we hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd love to have those picture perfect moments device free. Don't worry, before and after the ceremony please feel free take as many photos as you want!
We love all of your little ones! We would hate for you to miss celebrating a special moment with us because you can't find a sitter, so we'd happily invite the whole family. However, we do ask that you take into consideration the effort and special occasion this is for us, so please take good care of your little ones. During special moments like first dance, please do not allow your children to wander around unattended. Also, if they are super excited (because we will be too) and feel like screaming their little hearts out, the venue has plenty of space to let them explore outside of the reception area, and you can also check out the outdoors as the view is breathtaking.
We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If your invitation has an extra guest, then yes you can bring them. If you'd like to bring a guest that is not listed on the invitation, please let us know so we can plan accordingly and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on the wedding invitation.
Please RSVP no later than August 20, 2023! If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Those that do not RSVP by August 20th, - we are so sorry you cannot make it! If you miss this date, we may be unable to accommodate your presence at the wedding, as we will send final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline.
