Welcome Reception

If you plan to arrive in Vancouver a few days early, please join us at Karen's family home and allow us to welcome you to the city (and country for our international family and friends)! There will be canapes and refreshments served. We will be organizing roundtrip transportation from downtown Vancouver for out-of-town guests and anyone else who needs a ride.

Ceremony and Reception

Black-Tie

Ceremony will be followed by cocktails and canapes, and then a formal reception (all at the same venue). The venue is approximately 10 minutes from downtown Vancouver and guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the surrounding park and seawall. Shuttles returning to downtown Vancouver will be provided starting at 9:45PM and will continue through 12:00AM.
