Our ceremony begins at 5:00 sharp! We are on a timeline, so please arrive by 4:30 pm to be sure everyone is seated and ready.
Although we love all of your kiddos, this is an adult event. The only children that are allowed are the ones in the wedding party and our immediate family. Thank you for understanding.
There will be a cash bar only for our guests that do drink. Please do not bring outside alcohol beverages, this is not allowed by the venue, and we will be fined.
Please RSVP by May 1st, 2024. We understand that things happen, and life shows up. So, in the event that you have already RSVP'd and are unable to make it, please reach out me and let me know so I can make other arrangements to meet our budget. We will still be charged for each person on our guest list if you RSVP and don't show up. Thank you for respecting this.
Only guests who are listed on the invitation are welcome.
The ceremony is outdoors, and the reception will be indoors with patio access overlooking the golf course.
We will send invites, to those who RSVP. Invites will have the exact location details and event timeline in Summer of 2024. We look forward to sharing our special day with all of you on October 14th, 2024
Your presence is our greatest gift, so a gift is not expected. If it is your wish to bless us, please go to the registry tab on our website and you can donate to our honeymoon fund if you would like. Good old fashion cards are welcome. Please know that we already have everything that we need.
You are welcome to take pictures and videos with your phones, but please be mindful of the photographer; do not block the aisle and stay seated during the ceremony.
Yes, you are welcome to post photos on social media. Please (if you can remember) use our wedding hashtag so we can enjoy them. #TidwellLoveStory There will also be a QR code posted throughout the venue and each table that you can easily scan and upload your pictures that you have taken throughout the ceremony and reception to our wedding album so we can save for our memories of our special day. P.S. Get Karen's good side and no double chin pics! Lol
Our dress code is semi-formal and please avoid wearing all white. Thank you for respecting this.
