We have negotiated a discounted rate of $189 plus tax per night with this hotel. Reservations can be made via two options: (1) Please CALL the hotel directly at (516)705-9000 ext. 5 and reference the "Ganesh-Brenkert Wedding Block" (2) CLICK on the link below, select your check in and check out dates, number of guests, and under special rates select group code and use code "CGGANE" Reservation should be made before July 22, 2022. After this date rooms will be at the standard rate. The hotel provides free daily breakfast. In addition there will be a shuttle to and from our wedding venue on Saturday, August 13th. The shuttle pickup time will be 5:15pm at the La Quinta Garden City and will be returning at 12:45am from Jericho Terrace. Rooms are also available for the day before 8/12 and the day after 8/14 the wedding for the same rate. All individual room reservations cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival to be refundable. Guests are not obligated to stay at this hotel and may choose alternate accommodations.
