Enter through the front entrance of the museum facing Front Street. There is a parking garage in the same block left of the museum. Santa Cruz is a cool town. After cocktails you can see shops, stop in at the Bookshop Santa Cruz or Bad Animal Bookstore and have dinner at any number of walkable choices.

We will have a beautiful seated dinner outside on the lawn. Please let us know your meal preference. Remember to bring a wrap or jacket for the evening in case the evening cools down. Choices: • Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass: with a fried caper beurre blanc, chipotle sticky and sweet carrots, garlicky haricot verts, roasted fingerling potatoes, garlic and rosemary with olive oil. • Roast Chicken with Chile, Basil Vinaigrette: served on a mix of charred broccoli, onions, and fingerling potatoes, with a bright kick of red wine vinegar. • Chocolate Rosemary Braised Ribs: 12-hour red wine braised Markegard Grass fed beef short ribs, cacao, rosemary / Truffled Potatoes Au Gratin, roasted and soft garlicky Brussel sprouts. • Vegan Cashew Crusted Cauliflower Steak: thick cauliflower steaks, breaded in eggless egg, GF flour, spices and cashews- served with citrus date relish, Mediterranean baked sweet potatoes, tahini drizzle, beet hummus stuffed avocado.
