José Antonio Deluxe Hotel

This is the hotel where we have our room block at a discounted rate. Single Room Per Night: $100 + tax (includes service fee and breakfast) Double Room Per Night: $120 + tax (includes service fee and breakfast) To book a room, please email the hotel at: reservas@hotelesjoseantonio.com and mention "Boda Karen Jahncke & Sean Madden" We recommend you stay here, because buses will depart from this hotel to the ceremony, it is convenient and Karen's family owns the hotel!

Transportation To and From the Airport

We ask that you DO NOT take a taxi or rideshare service like Uber to/from the airport. As soon as you exit baggage claim, you will see a taxi stand inside the airport from a company called "Taxi Directo". Please take a taxi from this company to your hotel, rate is around $20-$30. If you prefer to book your transportation in advance, email our wedding planner, Carla Muñoz, with your flight details. She will coordinate a private car or shared van (in case other guests arrive at a similar time) with a trusted transportation company based on your itinerary. Rideshare in Lima

In general we ask that you avoid taking cabs that are in the street. Uber is ok but we have safer taxi companies that do background checks on their drivers, so we highly recommend these instead. Download the app "Taxi Directo" or "Taxi Satelital" and use these apps instead of Uber. In case of emergency, please call our wedding planner, Carla Muñoz at +51 (983) 986-553.

Transportation to the Ceremony

Shuttle will depart from the José Antonio Deluxe Hotel to the Nuestra Senora del Pilar church where the ceremony will take place. The hotel is less than 10 minutes away from the church. SHUTTLE WILL LEAVE AT 11:00 AM If you are not staying at the José Antonio Deluxe Hotel but still want to take the shuttles, please email our wedding planner with the details of your accommodations. Transportation to the Reception

The shuttle will be waiting outside the church after the ceremony ends to transport guests to the venue "Hacienda Ex Bazo Velarde". The venue is 45 minutes away from the church. SHUTTLE WILL LEAVE AT 1:15 PM We recommend you DO NOT take your own taxi or rideshare. If do not take the shuttle from the hotel to the church, but want to take the shuttle from the church to the venue, please email our wedding planner, Carla Muñoz, with your contact information by January 31. Transportation back to the Hotel

We want you to enjoy the party and not worry about shuttle schedules! We have coordinated with a transportation company to be outside the venue, with private cars ready to take you to your hotel at a fixed cost. No advance reservation is needed for this. Please use this service rather than arranging your own taxi or rideshare.
