FAQs

We have attempted to list questions/answers down below that will help to alleviate any confusion around the wedding events. If you cannot find the answer to what you are looking for, please do not hesitate to reach out to either Karan (509-998-5211) or Callie (509-475-2736) via text message!
Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 in the evening. We kindly ask that guests arrive no later than 3:45 to ensure you don’t miss sharing this special moment with us. The front gates will close at 3:50, and late arrivals will be welcomed in once cocktail hour begins after the ceremony.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

If you are on the website, then please select the tab above that states RSVP. There you can enter your party's name and indicate if you'll be attending! Additionally, each invitation has a QR code attached that you can scan with your phone's camera. This will bring you to this website and lead you directly to the same RSVP page. Please follow the listed directions and indicate your attendance decision.

Question

What will happen if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is April 15th. If you do not RSVP by then, the invitation will be marked as "not attending" (no seating or food/drink available for you). We would love to celebrate with everyone, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late reservations.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it to the event?

Answer

We will absolutely miss your presence! If you cannot attend, please indicate "will not be attending" on your invitational RSVP, so that we may plan accordingly. If you have already listed yourself as "attending", but will no longer be able to attend, please notify Callie or Karan as soon as possible.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held in the venue's outdoor spaces and the reception will take place in indoors. It will be summer weather in June, so please plan accordingly.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage all guests to wear semi-formal, summer attire. For women, this includes summer dresses or other light, dressy options. For men, this includes dress pants paired with a polo or button-up shirt. We kindly ask that you do not wear jeans or t-shirts, and to avoid wearing white.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. Your invitation indicates the number of seats reserved for your party, and your RSVP will reflect any plus-one designations. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We absolutely love your little ones! However, due to limited capacity, only the children whose names are specifically listed on the RSVP and included in the number of seats reserved are invited. We hope you’ll take this opportunity to enjoy the evening as a special date night, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Question

May I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away during our ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do.” We’ve hired professionals to capture these special moments, and there will be a time during the ceremony for you to take a quick photo. After this, feel free to snap as many pictures and videos as you’d like!
