This story begins at Gonzaga Preparatory High School, where we first met as juniors trying to survive AP Chemistry. I guess you can say that this was pleasant foreshadowing because these elements bonded us together and we became friends. Then, a little bit down the road, 2020 struck and our first year of college was spent stranded in Spokane. To escape the monotony of online lectures and hazy days, we began to deliver food together. It was supposed to be a simple way of making some extra money, but it quickly became an excuse to spend time together, explore the town, and go on countless late night adventures. We discovered hidden neighborhoods, chased sunsets between deliveries, and laughed our way through endless snack runs. Somewhere along this way, we fell in love. We began dating in the summer of 2021, where we were able to finally move into our college dorms down in Pullman. College brought us further joy as we raced the clock to have memorable weekdays with friends, even crazier weekends with family, and an even wilder time falling in love, again and again. It was simple, chaotic, and perfect in its own way. To cement this adoration, we decided to take a dream vacation out to the East Coast this past summer and got engaged in Cape Cod. This chapter of our journey has been full of laughter and love and we cannot wait to start the next one as we wait to share it with you.
