“While we love to watch your littles run and play, this is an adults only kind of day!” What we mean by this is: We have decided to do an adults only wedding (13+ years of age). Due to budget and venue restrictions, we cannot extend the invite to smaller children. If this changes circumstances of attendance, we completely understand. Our hope is to make the day as wonderful as possible - we do not wish to upset anyone over this, but it is a firm expectation.
There will be wine (white and red) served at the reception following the ceremony. We do want to address that any persons showing intense impairment will be cut off, and potentially asked to call a ride home immediately. Reminder: Some parties will be traveling up to two hours to the venue. We ask that everyone drink responsibly, and respectfully.
We have had this question come up a lot. We are not registered anywhere, as we have everything we need for our home. There will be a money tree present at the reception - any funds collected will go to funding our honeymoon. We do not want anyone to feel obligated, but any donations would be greatly appreciated!
