What should I wear?

Answer

Dressy-casual/cocktail attire. Weather permitting, the ceremony and happy hour will be outdoors on the ranch, so we recommend leaving your favorite heels at home. If you've been working up the courage to wear a bolo tie or pair cowboy boots with a dress, now is the time.

Where is the wedding and reception?

Answer

Everything will be held at the Everett Ranch, a 10-minute drive from our recommended hotel, the Loyal Duke Lodge. We're planning a rustic outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, followed by dinner and dancing indoors. The ceremony will be in a hay field, so please consider wearing comfortable shoes for uneven ground. The cocktail hour and reception will be 1/4 mile uphill from the ceremony site, shuttles will be available. Dinner and reception will be hosted in the barn, with trailer restrooms outdoors. The restrooms have flush toilets and running water, but are more casual than a typical wedding venue, and require the use of steps. Shuttles will be running to bring guests back to town after dinner.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at the ceremony site and reception at the ranch. Shuttles will be available to transport guests from the Loyal Duke, to the ceremony, to the reception and back. Drivers may leave their car at the venue overnight!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, Colorado Adventure Tours will shuttle guests between the Loyal Duke Lodge, ceremony and reception.

What's on the menu?

Answer

A "kitchen sink salad," chicken, salmon, grilled vegetables and quinoa, roasted potatoes and assorted fresh breads from Kalamatapit Catering. The open bar will serve beer, wine and nonalcoholic beverages. Please let us know if you have any food allergies!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend booking an Airbnb, VRBO or rooms at the Silver Ridge Lodge and Loyal Duke Lodge (room block rates available). Although we don't have a room block, the nearby Amigo Motor Lodge is a popular destination. For anyone interested, campsites are available to reserve through Airbnb on the wedding venue property, contact Alex for more information.
