Rocky Mountain National Park - Beaver Meadow Entrance

Take a Hike
Rocky Mountain National Park has some of the best hikes in Colorado. 13 of the best are listed here. Note: You will need your National Park Pass (or to pay a $30 daily entrance fee that you can purchase at the park entrance) PLUS a time entry permit for RMNP. Forest Canyon Overlook
Be careful here! The elevation gets up to 11,716 and the road can be very windy. You will need a Rocky Mountain timed entry permit for this scenic drive and overlook. Trail Ridge Road is one of the most gorgeous drives in Colorado. On your way also stop at Many Parks Curve Overlook and Rainbow Curve Overlook. Forest Canyon is said to be the best overlook in Rocky Mountain National Park.
