Book Early- Spring Break Season

Just a heads up, mid to end of March is right around spring break time. With it being high season we do recommend you book all your travel arrangements earlier than later.

Most of the wedding party, including Bride and Groom is staying at the other hotel-Sapphire Falls. But we have a few rooms blocked off here for a discounted rate starting at $270/night for a double queen room. This is a great option for Thursday night if you're going to the parks with us Friday. You can call and ask about suites if you want to share a room. This is a few steps from Universal Studios (Harry Potter World) and includes an unlimited express pass which can be anywhere from ($99-$200) a day depending on the season. This is where Bride and Groom are staying. We’ve secured a room block here for a discounted $205/ night for a standard double queen room. Call and ask about suites if you want to share a room. This is also a Universal property onsite, a 10 minute walk or complimentary boat ride to the parks. This hotel includes early admission to Harry Potter world ( but no express pass). We do not have a room block here, but this is a very affordable option, with a 10 minute drive from the venue and perfect if you're coming in just for the night of festivities!

Transportation on your own

Uber and rental cars should be readily available in the area. If you’re making it a universal weekend, you won’t need a car except to/from airport and to/from wedding. The property has lots of ways to get you from hotel to theme park.
