6:30 - 7:30 pm - Guests arrive & cocktail hour
7:30 pm - Settle in for the ceremony - I do!
8:00 pm - Refresh your drinks & fill your plates
9:00 pm - Toasts & Cake
9:30 pm - First Dance followed by more food, fun & music
10:30 pm- A special surprise!

Attire: Festive Casual AKA Summer Chic- Dress for the heat as we will be partially outdoors for the ceremony and reception, but with access to indoor and air conditioning.
The reception will immediately follow the ceremony on-site. Expect Heim BBQ, craft cocktails & good music! There will be parking and valet available on site, and if you are staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Decatur, we plan to have a car available to bring a limited number of guests to & from the location safely beginning at 6:15 pm.
