In light of the COVID-19 pandemic we are asking all guests to follow all CDC guidelines for at least 14 days prior to our events. Please no travel during that time frame in consideration of the other guests (especially the elderly) in attendance. Please don't hug the bride and groom at the event. We are saddened to have to ask this and can't wait to hug you all when it is safe. We are also asking each guest to take their temperatures the morning of the event. If you have a fever or feel sick please do not attend.
Anthony and Kristen first "met" when they matched on the dating app Coffee Meets Bagel in September of 2015. They bonded over both being eating contest champions. Kristen voted to extend the chat but Anthony let the chat expire before asking for her number. Years later Anthony told Kristen that he thought she was lying about being a lawyer on the app because she was only 23 at the time. A full year later they matched again on the (much classier) dating app Tinder. Anthony learned from his mistake and asked for Kristen's number right away and set up a date. Anthony took Kristen to Osteria in Philly for their first date on September 9, 2016. On their 3 year anniversary, he proposed to her while rowing a boat on a lake in the Borghese Gardens in Rome, Italy. He managed to not tip the boat over while down on one knee, so she said yes!
****NO PHONES/ELECTRONIC DEVICES, PHOTOS OR VIDEO DURING THE CEREMONY****. All phones and other devices must be turned off and put away during the ceremony. Yes, this means no facetiming, snapchatting, instastories etc. It is extremely important to Kristen and Anthony that the ceremony be completely device free. They want each of their loved ones to be present with them at this once in a lifetime event. They will happily share professional photos and video with every guest! It is important to Anthony and Kristen that Kristen's walk down the aisle isn't obstructed by devices and/or people trying to get their own shot. They also want to look at the most important people in their lives during the ceremony, not a sea of phones and devices. As attorneys they understand the importance of cell phones day-to-day so if they can put them down for an hour they'd greatly appreciate if their guests on their special day can do the same. Thank you in advance. Kristen and Anthony look forward to celebrating with you all on Flex Your Love Day 2020.
