Question
Is any transportation provided?
Answer
The venue has free parking and uber is readily accessible. In addition, a shuttle will pick up guests from Le Meridien Hotel at 3:30pm and then pick up guests from The Maj Hotel at 3:45pm and head to the venue. The shuttle will begin bringing guests back to the hotels starting at 9pm and continue until the reception ends at 10pm. If you are attending the after party, the shuttle will not be making trips to the Black Sheep. Please plan on taking an uber/lyft.

Where will the wedding be taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Fairmount Park Horticulture Center.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive at 4:00pm to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is a large private parking lot that is free of charge at the wedding venue. Guests may park overnight if needed. We encourage guests to Uber/Lyft.

How do we get there?
Answer
The venue is a 10 minute drive outside of Center City Philadelphia in Fairmount Park. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible in the area.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, if you've been invited to the rehearsal dinner please dress in cocktail attire. The wedding is garden formal (black tie optional). Bright colors and patterns are encouraged but not mandatory. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white, ivory, and champagne. The ceremony will be held outside so dress accordingly. Can I bring a Guest/Date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a night out for yourselves! For those of you that will be bringing children, please be sure to watch them closely. Due to the exposed museum artifacts, the rehearsal dinner will be an adult only event.
