This is where we are staying. I recommend selecting the dates "October 29th-Nov1st" if you plan on attending the Sunday bonfire. ALSO, Sunday (Oct 31) is our back-up date for if COVID takes over and does not allow for us to have our wedding at the venue. The back-up plan will be to pull it all together last minute at the bonfire. DETAILS: -The rooms are $145 per night (Double/King) -Check-in time is after 3:00PM on day of arrival. Check-out times is before noon on the day of departure. Hotel's staff will arrange to store baggage for guests arriving before check-in or departure time. -Parking: Unfortunately with Columbus being a city... it comes with extra fees. The Hotel's current overnight valet parking rate is $35/day. But they are offering a discount rate of $28/night. -MUST BOOK BEFORE SEPTEMBER 29, 2021 Guests can make their reservations by calling 1-800-766-3782 and mentioning their affiliation with the "Johnston Wedding" or online at by clicking on "View" below.

If you would like to stay in the area, we recommend that you look at AirBnB as an option. There are really great places right in German Village, Upper Arlington, Short North, and Grandview. If you're uncertain about which areas to stay, please reach out to us and we can give advice! Some of the Airbnb options offer free parking (street and private). I would just recommend booking sooner than later since the Ohio State and Penn State game is sort of a big deal.

100 Gender Road Canal Winchester, OH 43110 (614) 908-3054 If you're looking for a true craft beer immersion experience, BrewDog Brewery has their only hotel location in Columbus! This is a really cool option because the hotel also has a museum and brewery on site, and each room has hops-infused toiletries and beer fridges! Note: The DogHouse is further from the wedding venue (about 20-25min by car), so please keep this in mind. They don't have a ton of rooms, so book early for those interested.
Rental Car
The Columbus airport has all the typical car rental agencies, so if you're flying in and would like to rent a car for the weekend, this is the best place to go.
Flight
This airport is relatively small, and close to the center of the city. It's a quick and cheap Uber or Lyft ride to downtown.
