Matron of Honor
Claire and Lydia may be cousins by blood, but if you ask them, they are sisters. Claire and Lydia were partners in crime when it came to making chocolate concoctions while dancing to the Coyote Ugly soundtrack under the disco ball in Lydia’s basement at 3 AM. They sat together in high school band and even sent each other Singing Valentine’s two years in a row. From Lydia’s first steps to Claire’s high school graduation and everything in-between, Claire and Lydia were together for all the important milestones.

Savanna and Lydia's friendship goes back to the start of 5th grade. Savanna and Lydia became close friends immediately, sharing so many of the same interests, mostly music-related. They shared many of the same classes, enjoying band and choir together and surviving the academic ones together as well (thanks to Lydia...). Most afternoons and evenings were spent together at Lydia's house, spending countless hours watching early YouTube videos and making the most outrageous after-school snacks they could think of (sorry, Patty). Savanna relocated after a few years and they have had a long-distance friendship since. But, the love and bond they share is forever.

Robin and Lydia met shortly after Lydia moved to Fort Collins, Colorado. They became friends after Robin brought her dog, Spike, for daily visits with Lydia while she was working. Lydia and Robin bonded over coffee, plants, and dogs, of course. Robin and Lydia spent many summer nights eating burgers and s’mores while watching their sibling Huskies wrestle. Robin knew Lydia and Matt before they were Lydia and Matt. Robin attended the first Friendsgiving Lydia and Matt hosted and every event thereafter. Robin and Lydia maintained their close friendship after Lydia relocated to Illinois.

Savannah and Lydia became coworkers shortly after Lydia moved to Richmond, Illinois. Sav was the first friend Lydia made after leaving Colorado. Sav and Lydia quickly bonded over a shared love of dogs, Starbucks, pomegranate mules, TikTok, and Realtor.com. Sav and Lydia can be found at work teaming up on most things, affectionately referring to them as “Two-Person Jobs,” and debating which canine patients they can sneak into their cars without anyone noticing.
