For guests flying in, the closest airports are Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) and Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB). Both airports are about an hour from St. Augustine.

Welcome Drinks will be held here on Friday, November 6th. The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the wedding venue and is beachfront, dog-friendly, with two restaurants and multiple bars. Extensions may be available up to two days before or after the wedding weekend, based on availability of the contracted room types. Please let us know if you attempt to book and the block is full! Shuttle

Shuttle - Embassy Suites to/from The White Room

November 7, 2026 3:15 pm - 10:30 pm

We will have two shuttles running between the Embassy Suites and the wedding venue. Shuttle times will be finalized closer to our wedding date. Please note - parking downtown is EXTREMELY limited! We highly recommend using the shuttle service or Uber/Lyft.

Travel Note

Transportation to/from Airport to St. Augustine

Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are widely available from both airports and are typically the easiest way to get to St. Augustine. For guests who prefer a scheduled ride, airport shuttle services are also available from Jacksonville and Daytona Beach to St. Augustine. We recommend booking shuttle transportation in advance if you plan to use this option.
