Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place indoors. Our welcome drinks on Friday evening will be held outdoors on the Oceanside Lawn at the Embassy Suites. In the event of inclement weather, the gathering will move to an indoor reception room at the Embassy Suites.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) and Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) are the closest major airports, each about a one-hour drive from St. Augustine.

Is there a welcome event?

Answer

Yes! Please join us for welcome drinks from 6-8pm on Friday, November 6, on the Oceanside Lawn of the Embassy Suites. We can’t wait to kick off the weekend with you!

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will transport guests from the Embassy Suites to The White Room before the ceremony and back to the hotel after the reception.

Is parking available at The White Room?

Answer

Parking at the venue is extremely limited. We strongly encourage guests to use the provided shuttles or rideshare services.
