Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00 PM, exactly. We recommend that you arrive at least 30-minutes before to find seating. Please be advised that the doors to the ceremony will close at 3:50 PM to ensure minimal disruption.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is formal: evening gown or cocktail dress, suit and tie. NO cargo pants, flip flops, or any casual wear please.

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors. While the summer season in WA is beautiful, we cherish AC.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Guests can find parking all around the venue and there’s a parking garage less than 2-blocks away. Street parking is free after 6:00pm, $2/hr until then. Nearby Parking Garages ($2/hr, $16/daily max): • Pacific Plaza Garage 1125 Commerce Street • Park Plaza North Garage 923 Commerce Street • A Street Garage 110 South 11th Street • Wells Fargo Garage 1201 Pacific Avenue • Old Spaghetti Factory Garage Entrance on 13th & Commerce

Can I bring my kids?

Kindly note that our celebration will be exclusively for adults. We appreciate your understanding and hope you'll join us in celebrating our special day with joy and style!

What type of food and drink will be served?

Answer

We have an amazing caterer, Chef Red, who will be serving an amazing selection of food. You will have the choice of chicken or fish as a protein and various side options. You won't leave hungry nor disappointed!

Will there be an open bar?

Non-alcohol and alcohol beverages will be provided.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

NO, respectfully. Our amazing photographer, Merissa Humes, will capture our intimate moments as we say I Do and commit our vows to one another. We ask that our family and friends be present in the moment with us. We promise that everyone will receive a photo. However, we welcome guests to capture selfies and photos during the time of the reception. But remember to stay in the moment and have fun!

When’s the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask you to RSVP by Saturday, June 1st. This helps us A LOT with planning behind the scenes. We understand that your physical invite indicates an earlier date. After June 1st, the RSVP page will be closed.
