We recommend booking through our room block to take advantage of the special pricing and to stay close to all the wedding festivities. Please reserve your room by September 26, 2026 to ensure availability. Check-in/Check-out: 4PM/11AM All guests arriving before 4:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. Hotel’s staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day. Early Arrival Fee: All guests arriving before 2:00 PM will incur an Early Arrival Fee (currently, $50.00 plus tax). Flight
For guests traveling from out of town, there are two airport options to consider when planning your trip to Branson: Springfield-Branson National Airport (SGF) - This is the closest and most convenient airport to our venue and hotel accommodations. - Approximately 1 hour drive to Branson Landing - Easy, direct route - Recommended option for the smoothest travel experience St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) - A larger airport with more flight options, but located farther away. - Approximately 3.5–4 hour drive to Branson Landing - Best suited for guests traveling from the St. Louis area or those who prefer more flight availability We recommend renting a car or arranging transportation in advance, as rideshare options may be limited for longer distances.
