Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that all guests dress in semi-formal to formal attire appropriate for the occasion. Use this as an excuse to wear something fun and extra! We want everyone to look their best while celebrating with us on this day.

Question

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, which means all devices are to be silenced and put away. Please no photos, videos, or cell phone usage during our ceremony. We ask that all guests follow this to ensure you are present during our special time. Feel free to snag as many photos and videos as you'd like afterward. I promise our two talented photographers will capture our moment perfectly, and those photos will be shared with you when available.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

This question has been challenging since we can't relate to having kids. Initially, we were leaning heavily on not having kids. The reason behind this decision was because of the venue space and the safety of your kiddos. There are a lot of open doors that lead to stairs and the kitchen itself. We would hate for your kid to run off and get hurt or into something they're not supposed to. Throughout the last couple of months, we have noticed a few families that might not make it if they couldn't bring their kids. As we don't want anyone we care about to miss our day due to something we can't control, it is now up to you if you want to bring your kids. We ask that you message us personally and inform us that you are bringing them so we can order the appropriate food option. We're not saying you have to bring your kids, but we didn't want anyone to feel like we were picking favorites, so now the option is in your hands :)

Question

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?

Answer

Yes! The bride + groom will be providing an Unlimited keg of beer (Coors Light and Kona Big Wave), House wine (Moscato, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon), soda, water and coffee. During cocktail hour we will also have one premade pitcher cocktail of Tito's and Lemonade--once this is gone it's gone. We will also have a cash bar for any liquor, beer, or wine that the bride and groom do not provide.

Question

What if I forgot to RSVP?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP for our wedding is Wednesday August 21st, 2024. We need an accurate headcount to ensure we can prepare and accommodate for all our guests. Any guest(s) who fail to respond by the RSVP deadline will be recorded in the final headcount as not attending. Regretfully, there will not be seats reserved for you at the ceremony or reception. Headcount impacts our table + seating arrangements. Please keep this in mind as you decide. We encourage you to submit your RSVP as soon as possible. Even if you're unable to attend, please still take the time to fill out your RSVP.

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes, please see the "Registry" tab on this website. We are registered through Amazon and Target. We have a group cash fund that we will be using towards our honeymoon under the registry tab also! A collection box will be at the wedding for cards with cash or checks as well.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

There will be free parking all over! Street parking and parking lots directly in front of or behind the venue.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please reach out to us if you do plan on bringing a plus one, so we can make sure they have a spot available at the table. If your RSVP doesn't have the option to select a plus one let us know ASAP and we can get it updated for you!

Question

Can I smoke or vape at the wedding?

Answer

We ask that our wedding venue remain smoke free. Please do not plan to use cigars/cigarettes, vaping devices, etc. If you must take a smoke break, please step outside the front door or back patio!

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing alcohol to our wedding. We ask that you respect their rules and our wishes from our venue. If anyone is seen with alcohol not served by the venue staff, the Julien team will confiscate the alcohol and will then ask that you leave the premises. Yes, even a little flask is prohibited, unfortunately.
