Our ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm

We kindly request that all guests dress in semi-formal to formal attire that is appropriate for the occasion. We want everyone to look their best and feel comfortable while celebrating with us on this special day. We ask that guests begin arriving around 3:15 PM and be seated before the start of the ceremony at 3:30 PM. To accommodate immediate family members, there will be some reserved seats at the front of both aisles. Every other seat is up for grabs! Please note that our ceremony is "unplugged", which means that we kindly ask all guests to refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. This will allow everyone to be fully present and enjoy the moment without any distractions. We have hired a talented photographer who will capture all the special moments during the ceremony. We also ask that you silence all electronic devices during the ceremony. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you like to capture the memories. Thank you for your cooperation!
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Following the ceremony, the bride + groom, wedding party, and immediate family members will take photos while our vendors prepare to flip the grande ballroom into the reception space. During this time, we kindly ask that all guests exit the ballroom into the upstairs lobby for cocktail hour. We encourage you to take this opportunity to mingle with family and friends. Appetizers and drinks will be provided by us during cocktail hour. There will be a cash bar available during cocktail hour as well. The bride + groom hope to join everyone towards the end of the cocktail hour. *The bar will close for 30 minutes to move locations between cocktail hour and reception.*
Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

As soon as the grande ballroom reopens for the reception, please find your assigned seat and prepare for the wedding party's entrance. Following the wedding party's entrance, there will be a small speech from the bride + groom. Dinner will be served starting at 5:30 PM by the wait staff. Please reach out if you have questions regarding any food allergies! After dinner + dessert, we will continue the night off with some dancing, photo booth fun, and more! *The bar will close down 30 minutes before the reception ends.*
