This airport is located 5 mins from our house/ wedding venue. It is also very accessible to Steamboat, with many shuttle options servicing the area. Rental car availability can be somewhat limited, so we advise booking early.

Denver International Airport (DEN)
Denver is the most affordable option to fly into Colorado. However, it is located 4 hours from our home. If you have plans to fly into Denver, you will need to coordinate a rental car or a shuttle service to get to our venue.

The shuttle service is available to book as transportation to and from the Hayden and/or Denver airport.

In addition to the over 100 hotels in the Steamboat Springs area, there are numerous Airbnbs. Depending on your needs, Airbnb may provide you with more variety for accommodations in Steamboat Springs. House rentals will typically be the most affordable option, especially for multiple guests staying together. The Steamboat Springs area is the best location to book as it is the closest to attractions, activities, restaurants, and beautiful views.

Traveling to our wedding in an RV or packing camping equipment? We live in a place surrounded by national forests with many places to camp in the Yampa Valley. In Hayden, check out: Yampa River State Park, Elkhead State Park, Routt County Fair Grounds (walking distance from our house/ venue). We did not book a block of rooms at a hotel in Steamboat due to the local policy restrictions. However, there are over 100 hotels in Steamboat Springs, proving a phenomenal selection to choose from. We recommend looking within the city limits of Steamboat, as those locations will put you in the middle of all the major attractions and amenities.
