OAK is our recommended airport for most out-of-town guests. From the airport, it's an easy drive up 101 North to Sebastopol.

Distance to Vine Hill House: 25 miles/35 minute drive. As the closest airport to Sebastopol, the Charles M. Schulz/Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa is a nice option if you can find a reasonably priced route. Several major airlines like Alaska, United and American service this airport with nonstop flights from Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles and more.
Rental Car
For guests flying into SFO or OAK, we recommend reserving a rental car to easily make the 1.5 hour drive to Sebastopol. This allows you to explore Sonoma Wine Country at your leisure before and after the wedding. The rental car center at SFO is located right across from the terminals. It's easy to take the rental car shuttle from your arrival terminal over to the consolidated rental car facility to pick up your reserved vehicle. For Oakland airport, the rental car counters are a short walk from both OAK terminals, so no shuttle is required. Guests can simply head to the rental car area upon arrival. Pro Tip: Reserve your rental car as early as possible, especially if traveling during peak times, to ensure availability and the best rates
